All rentals accepted will need a rental registration number by law which we get for you. (All rentals on this web site have been removed as we are waiting for registration numbers)

All bedding, towels etc will be taken to be cleaned and returned ready for the next visit. While unoccupied we will visit your property to ensure it is secure and all services are working.

Additional work or maintenance required?
We can do most of this for you but if needed we only use trusted firms vetted by us to carry out work on your property.
